Your tasks
- Administration of our IT infrastructure at all our branches
- Support, expansion and further development of the server & network infrastructure (VMware, Microsoft Active Directory)
- Administration of various systems (ELO, Citrix, and many more)
- Introduction and management of server applications and infrastructures (e.g. VoIP technology, unified messaging, mobile end devices, etc.)
- Provision of phone and remote support for users in the event of IT problems
- Second and third level support in the event of complex IT problems
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and operating concepts
- User-specific basic instructions on hardware and software
- Participation in IT projects and taking on your own projects
Your profile
- You have a qualification in IT or a comparable qualification and have already gained practical experience in IT administration and support
- You show a high level of commitment, initiative, independence, sociability and a keen understanding of priorities
- You fix problems and get to the bottom of their causes. You are confident and have good communication skills
- You work in a structured and customer-oriented way and document your results
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have very good German language skills
